Lindsay Demmery serves as Associate General Counsel of Real Estate, supporting all legal real estate aspects of ConnectGen’s wind, solar and energy storage projects.

Prior to joining ConnectGen, Lindsay was the lead real estate counsel for NextEra Energy’s Distributed Generation Division, advising on the division’s real estate needs across the United States and Canada on various types of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hydrogen, large scale vehicle charging, nitrogen, water reuse, battery storage, and green ammonia. Previously, Lindsay established and led Prestige Land & Law, PLLC, where she managed all types of real estate matters ranging from full commercial land development deals to complex commercial litigation.

Lindsay holds a BA in Economics from the University of Florida and a JD from Nova Southeastern University. In 2013, Lindsay earned Florida Bar Board Certification, becoming a Bar Certified Real Estate Expert.
