Nicole Hughes is a Director of Origination focused on securing offtake for ConnectGen’s portfolio in the eastern United States. Prior to joining ConnectGen, Nicole held several roles at Calpine, most recently as Manager of Strategic Origination and Development for the West region, where she was responsible for marketing Calpine’s development pipeline and existing generation fleet. While at Calpine, Nicole also served as Manager of Investor Relations.

Nicole holds an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master of Science in Energy and Earth Resources from the University of Texas, and an A.B. in Earth and Planetary Science from Harvard University.
