Dan Jaynes leads the Western renewables origination efforts for ConnectGen in the United States, and is responsible for securing offtake opportunities across the Western region.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Renewable Energy Research Lab. He has a combined 15 years of technical and commercial experience in the renewables industry. His background includes consulting with Garrad Hassan (currently DNV), wind turbine sales with Vestas, and a range of roles at Avangrid Renewables, where he led CAISO and SW regional origination activities.
